Alexis is the Strategy, Risk & Transactions Leader and an Equity Partner specializing in Valuation, M&A Advisory, Dispute Consulting and Reorganization. With over twenty five years professional experience, Alexis has excellent understanding of major sectors of the economy, including banking, telecommunications, health, tourism & leisure sectors, amongst others, both in local and international level and he has carried out projects on behalf of banks, investing institutions and boards of directors. He has acquired a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Piraeus and an MBA - SDA from Bocconi University in Italy.
