Lee Merovitz is a Managing Director in Deloitte’s Human Capital practice and serves as the Organization & Work Transformation Leader for Global Consulting Services. He leads a team helping organizations adapt when everything around them is changing: redesigning how work gets done, building the culture and leadership to sustain change at scale, and delivering complex transformation with the rigor it demands.
In addition to his Deloitte Global role, Lee serves as the US Market Offering Leader for Major Programs and Portfolio Management and Deloitte’s WalkMe Alliance Leader.
With more than 26 years of experience, Lee advises C-suite and functional leaders on operating model design, organizational governance, workforce strategy, digital enablement, and technology adoption. He has deep experience advising large organizations across the retail and consumer sectors and brings a global perspective to his work with clients and member firm teams across the Americas, EMEA, and Asia Pacific.
