Laura Joudrie, based in Toronto, leads the Ecosystems & Alliances practice for Risk Advisory in Canada. She is also the Lead Client Service Partner for a global gold mining company, and the national Mining & Metals leader for Risk Advisory. Laura has more than twelve years of experience in professional services, specializing in leveraging technology to solve complex business problems. Prior to leading alliances, Laura was responsible for leading the Extended Enterprise Risk Management practice, with a specific focus on technology-enabled cost optimization. Laura has led multiple global cost containment programs in the Energy & Resources, and TMT sectors. She has enabled the largest organizations in the world to achieve substantial cost savings and sustained value from their supply chain. Laura is also the co-global lead of Supplier 360, an accelerator built on the Salesforce platform to enable enhanced supplier performance and relationship management.
