Larry is a leader in Deloitte’s National Insurance Technology practice and has more than 30 years of experience leading large-scale transformations at the largest companies in the world. He focuses on the insurance industry across many businesses, including property and casualty, commercial, and life and reinsurance carriers. Larry regularly deals with issues ranging from business process design, organizational design, and information technology strategic planning to mergers and acquisitions, strategic cost reduction, productivity improvement, and outsourcing. Larry is a regular contributor to industry publications and conferences, typically addressing current topics that impact the future of the financial services industry. He is an active member of several firm leadership committees and serves as a board member of several community organizations.
