Jen is a Partner in Monitor Deloitte, Deloitte’s Strategy practice, in London. With over 20 years’ experience, including 9 years at Deloitte, identifying and applying customer insights to drive growth, Jen is a specialist in customer led transformations and growth programme development. She works closely with her clients to design and embed growth strategies and has deep expertise in change management.
Jen works primarily with global organisations across the private sector, and leads the Consumer Health sector for UK Consulting, and is a member of the Life Science Leadership Team. She previously led Monitor Deloitte in the UK and was a member of the Strategy & Analytics Leadership team. Jen holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Queen’s University, Canada.
