Jonathan Copulsky is a senior lecturer at Northwestern University, where he teaches graduate and executive education courses on marketing, technology, and innovation. In addition to coauthoring The Technology Fallacy, Jonathan is the author of Brand Resilience, a critically acclaimed primer on managing brand risk. Prior to joining the Northwestern University faculty, Copulsky was a senior client service principal at Deloitte, where he also served as chief marketing officer and managing principal for Deloitte’s Global Insights program.
