Over 10 years as Founder and Managing Director of Ekulus Consulting and Match Cloud, Marcelo built a high performing and deep specialists team in using the Oracle Enterprise Cloud, particularly the Oracle CX Cloud suite, and have been awarded for consecutive years Australia & New Zealand Oracle CX Cloud Partner of the Year in 2018 and 2019, Asia Pacific CX Service Partner of the Year 2019, as well as being recognised as one of the Top 10 Oracle Solutions Providers in APAC for 2020 by APAC CIO Outlook.
