Diego is a Partner of Risk Advisory Corporate in Italy.
Diego has over 20 year experience advising banks, asset managers and insurers on regulatory compliance matters. He has conducted a variety of engagements for major financial institutions involving the review, benchmarking, development and implementation of enhanced governance, risk management and internal control frameworks and arrangements.
Before joining Deloitte, he worked in the Supervisory Department of the Bank of Italy, the Italian banking regulatory and supervisory Authority, where he accrued a relevant experience in the enforcement of regulatory requirements for banks, investment companies and pension funds, including internal control assessment, organizational and financial stability analysis, risk management policy and procedures reviews.
