Anjali Shaikh – Managing Director, Experience Director, US CIO Program | Deloitte US

Anjali is a managing director with Deloitte Consulting LLP and serves as the experience director for tech executive programs as part of Deloitte’s Executive Accelerators, including The CIO Program. In this role, Anjali shapes customized experiences that enable technology executives to solve complex business challenges, shape the tech agenda, build, and lead effective teams, and excel in their career development. She is responsible for leading teams and developing programs focused on strategically advising CIOs, CDAOs, and other technology leaders on managing rapid IT changes within organizations, connecting executives with their c-suite peers and boards, and providing insights and guidance throughout their career lifecycle.

Anjali spearheaded publications for Deloitte's global CIO survey and CIO Insider series and currently leads Deloitte's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in Tech publication series. She's based in San Juan Capistrano, CA.
