Rusudan leads Deloitte Georgia’s legal practice. She has over 10 years of professional experience. Prior to joining Deloitte, she worked as a Senior Lawyer at a full-service law firm in Georgia. Rusudan advises clients on general corporate issues, structuring of cross-border transactions of local and foreign companies, contract drafting, employment and migration law. She has also accumulated a considerable experience in regulatory compliance and legal due diligence. Rusudan is a member of Georgian Bar Association since 2018. Rusudan enjoys travel, figure skating and hiking.
