Kevin Corcoran is a Deloitte Principal and the Global Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) for ServiceNow. He drives AI, Bustiness Transformation, and Technology Strategy to accelerate growth and value realization for clients. He developed Deloitte’s worldwide ServiceNow growth strategy built on scaling cross-enterprise AI, Business Transformation, Operate, and industry activation.
He brings over 25 years of experience in strategy and technology consulting, including 17 years as a Principal at Deloitte and a decade dedicated to scaling Deloitte’s industry leading ServiceNow business. Previously, as the Lead Alliance Partner for the Americas, he helped grow the ServiceNow business from $50M to $1B by delivering innovative solutions and building a thriving practitioner community. He has served on AI and industry product advisory boards to guide and inform ServiceNow’s product roadmap to improve client experiences and impact.
Kevin co-founded an AI/SaaS market intelligence start-up with a successful private equity exit after six years of hyper-growth. As a CIO Fellow and AI/SasS industry expert, he is a frequent speaker and author on tech innovation and growth. His leadership spans Aerospace & Defense, Emerging Markets, Financial Services, Manufacturing, and Technology. Committed to STEM higher education, Kevin taught as a cybersecurity professor at Georgetown University and served as a Board Member at Duke University.
As a Marine Corps veteran, he is an active servicemember and national security advocate. Kevin brings a global perspective from having lived on four continents and five countries. He now calls Miami home with his family.
