Giorgi specializes in the financial services, oil&gas, construction and real estate sectors. Giorgi enjoys travel, basketball and is an avid chess player.

Partner, Audit and Assurance - Shota is leading the audit & assurance practice of Tbilisi office. During his career at Deloitte he has been involved in various engagements in Tbilisi and London offices. His responsibilities include developing the practice and providing professional services to local and global clients with Deloitte. Specialized in external audits, financial due diligence as well as financial reporting. Shota is Fellow ACCA member with a demonstrated history of delivering work to clients operating in various industries - including Energy & Resources, Retail, Telecoms, Healthcare, Manufacturing, etc.

Head of Consulting - Maka Giorgobiani is a Consulting services Senior Manager at Deloitte Georgia with over 8 years of professional experience with a focus on strategy and core business operations across range of industries. She specializes in feasibility studies, commercial due diligence, market research, strategy development and financial modelling. Her hobby is reading, walking, and playing chess.

Head of Legal - Rusudan leads Deloitte Georgia’s legal practice. She has over 10 years of professional experience. Prior to joining Deloitte, she worked as a Senior Lawyer at a full-service law firm in Georgia. Rusudan advises clients on general corporate issues, structuring of cross-border transactions of local and foreign companies, contract drafting, employment and migration law. She has also accumulated a considerable experience in regulatory compliance and legal due diligence. Rusudan is a member of Georgian Bar Association since 2018. Rusudan enjoys travel, figure skating and hiking.
