She advises both financial and strategic investors on their domestic and cross-border acquisition or disposal transactions, particularly in the healthcare and tech sectors. She has been involved in numerous carve-out operations. Formerly Head of Private Equity, she is now the Managing Partner of the Transaction Services team.
