Deloitte advised Infranode

We are pleased to announce that Deloitte advised Infranode and their portfolio companies on their consolidation of social infrastructure assets in Sweden and Finland under one pan-Nordic platform, Suohki, which now owns and manages a portfolio of 17 social infrastructure facilities across key cities in Sweden and Finland.

Deloitte advised in the project providing structuring, implementation and other related tax, legal and financial advisory in Finland and Sweden. Deloitte's core team consisted of Pia Stubb, Lasse Lappalainen, Milla Vähä-Karvia, Sari Katajainen, Veli Ohtonen, Maria Lilliestierna and Johan Rasmussen.
