Biography :
Leo Ishibashi is Deloitte Asia Pacific's Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Leo oversees financial planning, accounting and reporting, as well as technology and infrastructure matters, for Deloitte Asia Pacific. Based in Tokyo, Leo is a member of the Deloitte Asia Pacific Executive, and serves on both the Investment and Operating Committees.
Prior to this role, Leo was the Managing Partner of Operating & Global Matters for Deloitte Japan and a member of the Deloitte Japan executive team. He worked with the Deloitte Japan CEO and the business and enabling area leaders on operational and global priority matters, including those with the Deloitte global network.
Leo has been a member of the Deloitte Global Operating Committee and has also served on the Global Chief Operating Officer Council. He has also been a member of the CoRe board of directors and has served as an audit partner and Lead Client Service Partner for several multinational companies in Japan and in the US. Leo began his career with Deloitte in the US.
Leo is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He and his wife are the fortunate and proud parents of a son and a daughter.
