Biography :
As China Innovation & Digital Developing Center leader, AP consulting asset leader, and AP member for Asset Leadership Council/Software Council, Lai You You cofounded from scratch China’s first consulting asset dev group “Product & Solution Center” and China’s first green-dot-level asset-enabled business centre “IDDC” with a creative operating mechanism (organizational structure, Idea to Asset procedure, product Talent Model, capitalization process etc.). Based on SAP (global No.1 enterprise application Software Company)'s working experiences and 25-year tech consulting experience, he has a highly competitive capability to incorporate market demands into asset-enabled services, a good understanding of enterprise requirements and profound knowledge of asset development.
