Joe is a managing director in the Risk & Financial Advisory practice of Deloitte Transactions and Business Analytics LLP, based in Rosslyn, VA. He leads engagements in energy diplomacy, infrastructure finance, utility restructuring, transaction advisory, and energy market reform for clients worldwide. Joe specializes in energy and resources advisory services, including electricity generation, transmission, distribution, natural gas, and renewable technologies. He has enabled financing transactions valued at more than $5 billion, including $4 billion internationally. Joe serves clients including the U.S. State Department, U.S. Agency for International Development, U.S. Navy, Department of Energy, and Department of Interior. He has led projects in 25+ countries throughout Africa, Asia, Central & Eastern Europe, and North and South America. Joe holds a Top Secret clearance.
