Biography :
Sophie is a Manager in the Extended Enterprise Risk Management team and a qualified member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (ICAEW). She has over five years’ experience in helping clients to manage their third party relationships; with a particular focus in the Life Science and Healthcare industry.

She has helped multiple clients assess their current maturity levels regarding Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) processes, and in the design and implementation of tailored TPRM frameworks. Sophie has worked with members of the life science and healthcare industry to create and operationalise a community model for third party risk assessments using Deloitte’s TPRM Managed Service capability. The concept involves members of the community sharing risk assessment outcomes where common third parties are being used to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
