Biography :
Craig Wigginton currently serves as the Global 5G Leader. Prior to this, he served as the Global Telecommunications Leader, the Global Telecommunications, Media & Entertainment (TM&E) Leader, and the Americas Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) Leader.
He brings more than 30 years of experience leading large, complex accounts across the TMT industry, with an emphasis in the telecommunications sector. Craig’s principal focus has been providing broad services to many of Deloitte’s largest TMT clients, with a deep legacy focus on global telecom carriers. He specializes across numerous channels in the telecom and broader TMT ecosystem, including mobile carriers, traditional wireline, cable, handset manufacturers, cloud/data centers, equipment manufacturers, and infrastructure ownership/management (i.e., tower companies).
With a strong expertise in all things 5G, Craig serves as a key advisor to senior executives to address their critical issues, especially as it relates to 5G adoptions, digital transformation, as well as the modernization of systems and processes. He is particularly driving telecom modernization through new technologies, ERP modernization, digital finance programs, and more.
Craig is a frequent speaker on telecom issues at major industry conferences and on webcasts. He serves on the board of directors of TM Forum and is also a member of several professional organizations, including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York, New Jersey, and Hawaii State Societies of Certified Public Accountants. Previously, he has also served as a Trustee of the Foundation for New Jersey Public Broadcasting. He holds a degree in accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
