Biography :
Chris is the Clients and Markets industry leader for Deloitte’s Tax & Legal business, as well as the chief clients and markets officer for the Deloitte US Tax business.
In his global role, Chris sits on the Global Tax & Legal Executive committee and has overall responsibility for global marketplace strategy, including oversight of Deloitte’s Global Crown Jewel program. Chris is responsible for the Market Capture Labs, leads the Global Lead Tax Partner network, and is passionate about bringing value-add services to Deloitte’s clients.
In his US role, Chris sits on the US Tax Executive committee, and has overall responsibility for the US Tax marketplace strategy, including the development and dissemination of marketplace offerings and new solutions to the client base of the Deloitte US Tax practice. Chris also has oversight and responsibility for US Tax’s Industry and Client programs. Chris additionally maintains overall responsibility for the US Tax national service lines, working closely with the leaders in each service line on operations, market strategy, and talent & recruiting.
Prior to these roles, Chris served as the Tax managing partner of the NY office from 2013 through 2016.
Chris spends a substantial amount of his time serving many of Deloitte's most complex clients. Over the years, Chris has served many Fortune 500 companies across a variety of industries. Chris has been with Deloitte Tax in the US for over 23 years, 16 years of which he has been a partner in the US firm.
