Elizabeth Faber is the Chief Talent Officer for Deloitte Asia Pacific and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. She represents the region on the Global Executive Talent Council and the Global WorldImpact Council. Within Asia Pacific, she chairs the Talent Executive, Inclusion Council, and WorldImpact Council.
In her current role as Asia Pacific Chief Talent Officer, she is responsible for developing and executing strategies across the region including diversity & inclusion, partner talent recruiting, mobility, succession planning, learning & leadership development, and social & environmental impact. She works closely with the CEOs of all AP geographies.
Elizabeth was awarded the 2019 Diversity Champion Award by Campaign’s Women Leading Change, and is on the Human Resources Director Asia Hot List in 2020 and 2021. As the Talent leader for Asia Pacific, Elizabeth led the Asia Pacific delegation to the One Young World summit, known as the ‘Davos for Millennials’, to The Hague in 2018 and London in 2019, and to the UNLEASH global innovation lab in Shenzhen in 2019.
Elizabeth has over 25 years of experience in management consulting with Deloitte in the USA, China and Southeast Asia. She has held various leadership roles supporting strategic initiatives across firm mergers and expansions, partner matters, and change management & communications.
