Biography :
Clint is a CPA with thirty years of experience working with oil and gas companies, large utilities, commodity trading firms and end-users of commodities. He focuses on providing transformational services to clients, involving complex areas of accounting and finance. His experience also includes providing transactional accounting and reporting advice, involving derivative instruments and other financial products, business combinations/divestitures, and the application of new accounting standards. Clint began his professional career providing assurance services to numerous clients in the power and utility and oil and gas sectors.

Clint currently leads Deloitte’s Global Risk Advisory (GRA) Accounting & Internal Controls practice.
