Andy is Deloitte’s Global Leader of the Tax & Legal Operate offering portfolio which brings a consultative approach to help clients consider operating model options to execute all their functional responsibilities, leading to a wide range of advisory, outsource and co-source services.

With more than 25 years of corporate taxation and tax process automation experience, Andy brings a deep understanding of the challenges facing today’s global tax and finance leaders. Andy has held a variety of Deloitte leadership roles, both in the United Kingdom (UK) and globally, including UK Tax Management Consulting Leader, UK Innovation Leader, and Tax & Legal Digital Leader for UK and North South Europe.

Andy’s career spans more than 25 years of Tax Management Consulting experience working with major UK and US multinational companies across a range of industry sectors. The market-leading Tax Management Consulting team comprises over 1,000 professionals around the world.

Andy is a member of the Chartered Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and holds a master’s degree from the University of Oxford.
