Biography :
Amit is a Partner in Financial Advisory and leads Dispute and Litigation Advisory Services and Anti-Trust Services within the Deloitte Forensic practice in India. Amit also leads the Infrastructure sector within the Deloitte Forensic Practice in India.

Amit has an overall experience of over 25 years covering various sectors. He has led multiple engagements covering probing allegations of inappropriate award of contract, fraudulent transactions, improprieties of conduct in business operations, financial mis-reporting, allegations of corruption and supply chain assessments. Amit has also led multiple engagements in commercial disputes that were under international/ domestic arbitrations covering contract terminations, representation to regulatory authorities and computation of damages, computation of claims for loss of profits, strategy to mitigate counter party claims and contract terminations/ renegotiations. Amit has also worked on multiple anti trust investigations and economic assessments.
