Sam played a central role in launching and scaling the business in the UK, across EMEA, and globally. He currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer for Deloitte’s global Consulting business, leads the firm's alliance with NVIDIA in EMEA, and works directly with clients on high-impact transformation initiatives.
Sam helps organisations unlock value through digital technologies - enhancing customer experiences and transforming internal operations. He has advised executive teams on digital adoption, developed enterprise-wide strategies, and delivered digital training for boards and leadership teams.
He has modernised technology delivery by combining platform transformation with capability building. At Deloitte, he led the firm’s first e-commerce engagements in Europe and built foundational delivery capabilities in banking, government, and insurance - efforts that seeded sector-specific teams now led by partners who began their journeys under his leadership.
Sam’s delivery experience spans private and public sectors, including the replatforming of johnlewis.com, Aldi’s first e-commerce launch, and digital banking services for Tesco Bank, Virgin Money and Metro Bank. In insurance and wealth, he supported Prudential and M&G in modernising customer propositions and internal functions. In the public sector, he led the digitisation of UK visa applications for the Home Office and provided quality assurance for the UK Government’s digital identity programme.
