John Lu

John is a Principal in Deloitte & Touche LLP’s Cyber & Strategic Risk practice, based in New Jersey in the United States. John leads the US Life Sciences & Health Care Cyber & Strategic Risk team, and co-leads the Global Life Sciences & Health Care Cyber & Strategic Risk team. John also leads the Deloitte Advisory East/Southeast Asian DEI team.

He has over twenty-three years of experience in cyber security, information risk management, and data protection, including the past fifteen years dedicated to the Life Sciences & Health Care industry. John is the Global Cyber Leader for several Life Sciences organizations, in both Pharmaceutical and Med Device/Technology sectors.

John holds an MBA from Columbia University and a MS in Economics from Rutgers University, as well as certifications including CISSP, CRISC, and PMP.
