His work spans industries such as Telecom, Oil & Gas, Industrial Products, Energy, Resources & Industrials (ER&I), Consumer, Financial Services and IT/ITES, where he has led enterprise-wide governance redesign, large-scale transformation programmes and third-party risk reengineering, delivering measurable outcomes that accelerate secure digital adoption and enable growth with confidence.
Gaurav collaborates with boards and C-suites to embed cyber into business strategy, ensuring security becomes a competitive advantage in a digital-first economy.
