José Antonio is the Managing Partner of Deloitte’s Corporate Finance division, in which he has built his professional career since 2003. In the course of his professional career, he has participated in a large number of mergers, acquisitions and strategic alliances, with a strong focus in the insurance, banking, non-core assets, consumer finance and asset management businesses. He also leads the Spanish FSI Transactions team, directing a dedicated group of professionals with extensive experience in the Spanish financial and insurance industry
