Jorge is EMEA Chief People and Purpose Officer. With more than 20 years of experience at Deloitte., he began his career in the Audit practice before transitioning into Strategy Consulting, where he developed most of his professional career within Monitor Deloitte.
He was promoted to Partner in 2017.Jorge has held several senior leadership roles within the Spanish Firm. From 2017, he was Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), leading Deloitte Spain’s strategic agenda and playing a key role in strengthening the Firm’s differentiators to consolidate its leadership position in the market. In this capacity, he became a member of Deloitte’s Global CSO Executive Community.
From 2019, Jorge also became Talent Leader for Deloitte Spain, shaping the Firm’s talent strategy, supporting the development of Deloitte’s professionals, and reinforcing the Firm’s commitment to its Purpose. In his EMEA People and Purpose role, he represents EMEA in several governance bodies, including Deloitte’s Global Talent Executive and Deloitte’s Global Purpose Executive.
