Ana is the CEO of Deloitte Spain. She brings more than 30 years of experience with the Firm, having joined Deloitte in 1994.
From 2017 to 2021, she led the Audit & Assurance practice across Catalonia, Aragon, the Balearic Islands and Andorra, serving clients in the products and services industries.
Since 2021, Ana has served as Deloitte Spain's Head of Audit & Assurance and as a member of the Global Committee. Throughout her career, she has led numerous financial audit engagements and advisory projects for some of Spain's leading organizations, with a focus on organizational and process improvement, risk management and business transformation. She has also championed diversity and inclusion initiatives, including the establishment of the Audit business's Diversity & Inclusion Committee.
In addition, Ana has lectured at leading business schools, delivering courses on international regulations, financial reporting, accounting and auditing.
