He played a central role in launching and scaling the business in the UK, across EMEA, and globally. He currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer for Deloitte’s global Consulting business, leads the firm's alliance with NVIDIA in EMEA, and works directly with clients on high-impact transformation initiatives. Sam helps organisations unlock value through digital technologies - enhancing customer experiences and transforming internal operations. He has advised executive teams on digital adoption, developed enterprise-wide strategies, and delivered digital training for boards and leadership teams. He has modernised technology delivery by combining platform transformation with capability building. At Deloitte, he led the firm’s first e-commerce engagements in Europe and built foundational delivery capabilities in banking, government, and insurance - efforts that seeded sector-specific teams now led by partners who began their journeys under his leadership. Sam’s delivery experience spans private and public sectors, including the replatforming of johnlewis.com, Aldi’s first e-commerce launch, and digital banking services for Tesco Bank, Virgin Money, and Metro Bank. In insurance and wealth, he supported Prudential and M&G in modernising customer propositions and internal functions. Stacey is the AI Market Leader for Deloitte EMEA. She is a Senior Partner with over 27 years experience leading engagements for iconic brands to support revenue growth, digital transformation, regulatory compliance, and efficiency gains. She currently focuses on a portfolio of clients in the Consumer industry, specifically in luxury, retail, travel and the services sectors. As the market leader for AI, Stacey developed Deloitte’s go to market strategy, working with analysts, AI luminaries, Alliance Partners and many Client Executives. She has shaped Deloitte’s approach to market, upskilled our people and partners and successfully grown our industry-specific capabilities and offerings, addressing all areas of AI transformation, from experimentation and PoC’s, to scaling capabilities, organisational change, agentic development, and more recently focusing on Sovereign AI. She has been integral to the AI programme at Deloitte and a key contributor to Deloitte’s own transformation journey. Stacey joined Deloitte as a Partner in 2009 and has held various leadership positions across the Firm. His vast experience focuses on implementing solutions in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and advanced data analytics to monetise data and automate business processes and decision-making. As an organisational leader and consultant, he has successfully supported companies in their analytical transformation, providing comprehensive support in areas such as marketing and sales, demand forecasting, inventory optimisation, logistics, process automation, and large-scale, immediate decision-making. In his current role at Deloitte as Consulting Market Leader and NVIDIA Alliance Leader, he focuses on scaling AI solutions within organisations by modernising IT infrastructure, implementing data analytics platforms and transforming processes and organisational culture, all of which is combined with industry expertise. Harald Proff has been with Deloitte since 2015 and is Automotive Sector Leader for Global. His focus is on transformation programmes and new business models in industrial manufacturing as well as the increasing digitalization and networking of industrial companies. He is the founder of the Deloitte Digital Factory in Düsseldorf. In addition to Germany, he has also lived and worked with his family in South Korea and Brazil. After studying industrial engineering and mechanical engineering and completing his doctorate at TU Darmstadt, he started his career as a manager for industrialization projects at Mercedes Benz. He has always remained loyal to the automotive industry as a consultant. Prior to his role as Automotive Sector Manager, Harald Proff was Lead Partner Operations (SCNO) Germany and 3 years for Offerings in the German Consulting Exco.
