On this year's IFRS update, our experts will present the most recent changes to IFRS standards, including the introduction of IFRS 18, which will be implemented in 2027. The webinar will also cover the new concept of management-defined performance measures, as well as recent rulings and insights from ESMA and the Danish Business Authority.
In addition, we will provide updates on governance and remuneration reporting and highlight the implications of recent regulatory developments, including the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). It will be possible to ask questions during the webinar, which we will cover in a Q&A session at the end.

Henrik is a Partner and head of the Corporate Reporting group at Deloitte Denmark’s National Office for Audit and Accountancy. He specialises in IFRS, DK GAAP, ESG, company law, and bookkeeping law, providing consultations, training, and guidance. Henrik is a Danish State Authorised Public Accountant and serves on various corporate reporting forums, including co-chairing the corporate reporting committee within the Danish Auditors’ Association.
Søren is a Partner and has over 30 years of experience in audit and advisory services for multinational listed and private companies, with 20 years specialising in IFRS advice and implementation. He is a member of the Danish IFRS Technical Centre of Excellence within Deloitte’s global IFRS network, accessing expertise across diverse industries.
Henrik is a Director and has been a member of the Danish IFRS Centre of Excellence since 2002. He specialises in all aspects of IFRS, including first-time adoption, consultations, and a broad range of IFRS advisory services.
Mads is a partner and leads the ESG Assurance & Reporting team at Deloitte. He is an ex-auditor and has 18 years of experience auditing some of the largest global groups e.g. on IFRS reporting, technical accounting, design and implementation of processes and controls, SOX-framework, Shared Services Centre implementation, use of data analytics, carve-out and M&A.
Martin is a Partner specialising in Boardroom Advisory Services with a strong focus on IFRS accounting and reporting. He advises on audit and risk committees, remuneration reporting, and corporate governance, while also leading Deloitte’s Climate & Sustainability strategy for Audit & Assurance.
