Deloitte’s Crisis and Resilience offering helps organizations assess and monitor risks that could cause disruptions to operations and prevent and avoid crisis when possible. Our services span the entire crisis lifecycle, helping clients identify, assess, prevent, prepare, respond to and recover from crisis.

A crisis simulation exercise is intended to simulate a crisis incident and create awareness around the current crisis and incident response capabilities. The participants may include the executive committee, the board, senior leadership, technology resources, business leaders and/the crisis management team. Deloitte helps clients test their crisis management preparedness in a simulated environment to ensure organizational resilience and continuity of operations in the event of a disruption.
