About the Webcast
In this session, we will discuss recent developments and practical experiences with APAs and MAPs in a Germany–US context. The webcast will also address key considerations for navigating bilateral procedures efficiently from the preparation and filing of applications until the implementation of the negotiated solutions.
The webcast will be facilitated by transfer pricing experts from Deloitte Germany and Deloitte US. On the Deloitte US side, this will include an expert who has recently joined Deloitte US from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and has substantial experience with the Advance Pricing and Mutual Agreement (APMA) Program of the IRS.
