Our four days of Onboarding will smoothly introduce you to the secrets and practices of our everyday Technology & Transformation life. 

On Day 1, we invite you to visit one of our hub locations. There, you will get to meet the other Deloitte New Joiners as well as other ambassadors from each business unit. The main goal of your first day is to network, get a feeling for our culture and connect!

Our lovely tour guides will welcome you at your Deloitte Office location in the morning of Day 2. Invitations will be sent out by our Onboarding Team as soon as you have access to your Deloitte email account.

Days 3 & 4 are full of virtual Onboarding sessions, introducing and informing you on important topics which will help you to get started as smoothly as possible.

From Day 5 onwards, you will be available to your Talent Group, Offering or project.
