Tereza De Bardi

Tereza is a Partner in the Consulting department at Deloitte in the Czech Republic. She leads a regional team of experts specializing in organizational transformation, primarily focusing on finance and other corporate services. 

She has extensive experience in the design and implementation of shared service centres, strategies for the transformation of financial functions and processes, and the management of large multinational projects. Tereza is a prominent figure in the field of corporate services (SSC and GBS), where she operates not only as an advisor in the Czech and European markets, but also actively connects organizations to share know-how and increase the maturity of the entire field.

Furthermore, Tereza leads the Diversity and Inclusion area throughout Deloitte in the Czech Republic. She is an advocate for equality and fair access and is dedicated to spreading awareness and opening dialogue in the Czech business community. As a D&I leader, she supports women in business, advances strategic LGBTQ+ initiatives, and emphasizes the need for authenticity in the workplace. As part of her talent role, Tereza is active in the area of sustainable business setup focusing on employee values, and as a coach and mentor, she helps others achieve their personal and career goals.
