Michal Buchta

Michal is a senior attorney of Deloitte Legal Czech Republic team with 15 years experience in the areas of M&A. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno in 2006. Michal specializes in due diligence processes, acquisitions and transactions with distressed assets. Michal has extensive experience in performing comprehensive legal due diligence investigations for major Czech and foreign investors in a number of areas followed by acquisition procedures including mergers and demergers of companies, purchases of shares, movable assets, real estate or transfer of businesses.
