This agenda also includes drafting or revising commercial terms and conditions. An essential part of the contractual agenda includes the regime for concluding contracts with public contracting authorities (public procurement agenda). 

Our Commercial team comprises experts who represent clients in litigation and arbitration proceedings, both domestic and international. We seek to prevent disputes predominantly by drafting a quality contract, including the right dispute resolution mechanism. In case of an existing dispute, we help clients assess their legal position and prepare an effective litigation strategy. Our goal is not only to lead our clients to victory in litigation but also to take maximum account of the client’s broader commercial objectives and to limit litigation costs as part of the litigation strategy.
