Outbound invoices
The issuance of outbound electronic invoices (AR) and the digital reporting of invoice data to the competent tax authority can be automated by setting up the data transmission process between the accounting or invoicing system and VATOnline through a secure API or SFTP connection.

The receipt of inbound electronic invoices from suppliers (AP) and the digital reporting of invoice data to the competent tax authority can be automated by setting up the direct invoice data transfer to the company’s accounting system in a custom format, or they can even be posted in real time.
