Reinsberg Group Acquires German Company Protec

BHM Group has expanded its healthcare technology holding Reinsberg Group by acquiring the German X-ray systems manufacturer Protec.

Reinsberg Group, a subsidiary of BHM Group, has acquired the German company Protec, which develops and manufactures X-ray systems. In addition to healthcare applications, its systems are also used for non-destructive material testing. The company, which employs 40 people, will expand the range of services offered by Reinsberg and add another element to the comprehensive portfolio of solutions the group aims to provide to healthcare facilities.

BHM Group is a private investment group founded by Tomáš Krsek, bringing together dozens of companies across Central Europe with a combined value of over EUR 1.1 billion. In addition to healthcare, the group focuses on real estate, renewable energy, and new technologies. Its healthcare division, Reinsberg Group, operates in five Central European countries and generates annual revenues exceeding EUR 100 million. The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
