Accolade Acquires Industrial Park in South Bohemia

Investment group Accolade is expanding into South Bohemia with the acquisition of a logistics complex near České Budějovice for CZK 2.5 billion.

Accolade, a provider of infrastructure for e-commerce and logistics, has acquired the GARBE Park České Budějovice from German developer GARBE Industrial Real Estate. The acquisition includes two newly constructed halls with a total area of 50,000 m² and land prepared for further development. The entire site covers 490,000 m², of which 230,000 m² is leasable space. Both halls are already leased and hold a BREEAM sustainability certificate at the Excellent level. Two more buildings with pre-arranged tenants are set to be completed in the near future. The park is located just south of České Budějovice, less than 3 kilometers from both the newly opened D3 motorway exit and the České Budějovice airport.

It operates 62 industrial parks across six European countries, with a total value of EUR 3.4 billion and an area exceeding 3.6 million m². In the Czech Republic alone, it manages 22 industrial parks. GARBE Industrial Real Estate is a German development company focused on the construction and management of logistics parks. It operates in 12 European countries, managing parks covering 7.1 million m² and preparing an additional 1.9 million m² for development.
