Americans from CallMiner acquire Czech start-up Vocalls

U.S.-based company CallMiner has acquired Czech start-up Vocalls, which specializes in voice automation.

CallMiner, an American technology company, has acquired Vocalls, a Czech start-up focused on voice service automation, for several hundred million CZK. The company was founded in 2017 by Artem Markevich and Martin Čermák. Using AI-powered voice bots, Vocalls handles over 50 million calls annually—not only in the Czech Republic, but also in Latin America, the United Kingdom, and the Benelux countries. In 2024, Vocalls' revenue rose by 50% to 70 million CZK, with EBITDA reaching 11 million CZK.

CallMiner specializes in conversational AI for customer service. With annual revenues exceeding 70 million USD, the company aims to strengthen its voice automation capabilities for customer contact centers through this acquisition.
