Zuzana Potočková

Zuzana Potočková is a manager in the Tax Litigation Department at Deloitte Legal in Prague. She has many years of experience in the field of tax and tax litigation, especially in the Big Four accounting firms. Over the years, she transferred from tax advisory to tax litigation and currently focuses on representing clients in tax audits, subsequent administrative and court proceedings, and advising on minimising tax penalties. Current disputes deal mainly with abuse of law, VAT deduction claims in case of accusations of involvement in a fraudulent chain, and transfer pricing. In her practice, Zuzana draws on her experience as a tax advisor and lawyer.
