Vladimír Ambruz graduated from the Faculty of Law, Charles University, Prague. He specializes in civil and commercial law, mainly in companies’ law. He focuses on complex business transactions and projects, and has gained valuable experience mainly in the field of restructurings, and M&A. He has led legal teams providing legal advisory in a number of business transactions, including acquisitions, joint ventures and restructurings of Czech companies and complex strategic restructurings in the Czech Republic.
