Tomáš Maux

Tomáš Maux is a Junior Lawyer in the Tax & Legal function at Deloitte Legal in Prague. He currently primarily focuses on information technology, intellectual property and software law, personal data protection and corporate compliance. He has extensive experience in advising primarily in the areas of corporate law, whether in connection with the day-to-day support of companies and/or transactional advice. At the same time, he also serves as a representative and councillor of a municipality with extended powers, which enables him to provide clients with comprehensive legal services, including those that overlap into public law.
