Štěpán is a Senior Manager in the Finance & Performance team in the Consulting function. He has more than 10 years of experience in the area of corporate finance, controlling, accounting processes, optimisation and finance process redesign. For the past few years, he has been dealing with corporate finance transformations from the perspective of processes and technology. Together with his team, he has also focused on finance digitalisation and SAP S/4HANA implementation. The synergy of his expertise in finance and SAP S/4HANA helps him maximise the effectiveness of the ERP utility in a company.
