Deloitte’s DORA Lead
Szymon is Deloitte’s DORA Lead. He has over 12 years’ experience in external and internal audit, as well as in IT risk management consultancy. He has an in-depth understanding of processes in IT environments, with a particular focus on the banking sector and automated control mechanisms, including business controls.
Szymon also specialises in the transformation of control environments and risk management processes. In this area, he focuses in particular on their rationalisation and automation. The tools he and his team utilise include Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) systems, data visualisation tools and concepts such as continuous auditing and continuous process monitoring. Services in these areas are provided for each line of defence against risk.
Since 2013, Szymon has also been a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
