Radek Stehlík

Radek is a Director in the Supply Chain & Network Operations team at Deloitte Czech Republic. He brings more than 20 years of consulting experience with strong focus on project and program management, organizational transformations, change management and stakeholder management.

Radek has led and assured delivery of large-scale international programs across automotive, insurance, banking, energy, public and NGO sectors. He has extensive experience working with leading European OEMs and supporting clients in business architecture design, digital agenda initiatives and complex transformation programs. His work focuses on driving execution of strategic initiatives, strengthening operating models and ensuring successful adoption of technology and process change in large organizations.
