Roman works as an attorney in the Commercial department of the Prague office of Deloitte Legal. He specializes in commercial law, particularly corporate law, within which he provides legal support to companies from their establishment through to liquidation. In his practice, he also focuses on the preparation and negotiation of commercial contracts. His professional experience also includes advising companies operating in the field of biotechnology. He is a PhD candidate at the Department of Commercial Law at the Faculty of Law of Charles University.
