Peter Longauer has worked for Deloitte since 2000 and specialises in providing assurance and advisory services to financial institutions. Until recently, he served as the FSI Audit Lead at Deloitte Central Europe. From 2017 to 2022, he also held the position of Audit & Assurance Partner-in-Charge at Deloitte Slovakia. From 2006 to 2014, he worked at Deloitte Sydney as a statutory auditor for several international banking groups.
In addition to statutory audits, Peter has long-term experience of regulatory compliance reviews at banking and non-banking entities operating on financial markets, and accounting advisory particularly focusing on financial instruments and infrastructure projects. He is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) in the United Kingdom and a licensed statutory auditor.
